Conference System Installation
Before installation, we analyse the room layout, table configuration, participant capacity and existing technical infrastructure. We determine microphone requirements, central control architecture, cabling routes and integration requirements with other AV systems.
During installation, microphone units, control processors, voting modules, interpretation equipment and recording infrastructure are configured as an integrated system. The system is tested on site, programmed according to user scenarios and commissioned before handover.
Electronic Voting Systems
Electronic voting systems support attendance, voting and decision-making processes during conferences and formal meetings.
Participants can submit their selections through delegate microphone units or dedicated voting panels. Results can be displayed in real time and recorded according to the project’s authorization and reporting requirements.
Simultaneous Interpretation Systems
